David Dixon was an aircraft engineer working night shifts and not seeing his family for 2 to 4 days a week. A month ago he started his Jim's Diggers franchise in Karanjang on the north side of Melton.

He's already done site cleans, retaining walls, a crushed rock driveway, post holes, decks, and a full returf job in Sunday Creek.
