Jim's Mowing franchisees can now buy and sell customers from each other inside the Jimbo Marketplace, with zero commission to head office and a 45-day cooling-off period on every sale.

Joel Kleber sits down with Dan Cahill, the divisional franchisor for Jim's Mowing Australia and now New Zealand, for a full update on what's changing across the division.

Dan walks through the Jimbo Marketplace launch coming end of June and explains how franchisees can condense their mowing rounds by selling off outlying customers and buying ones closer to home.

He also covers the direct booking feature that lets online customers lock a quote straight into a franchisee's calendar, the Jim's Mowing call centre going 24/7 from July after pilot weekends pulled in 2,000 extra customers over Easter and 600 on Anzac Day alone, and Jim's warranty fund crackdown on franchisees who've left customers with dodgy work.
